A world-leading entertainment organisation is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead on the implementation and evolution of their My account experience and elevate their customer interaction. You will be the Senior Product Manager within a crucial product department that enables the organisation to understand their end-users!

With a large portfolio of offerings, they are seeking an intuitive and diverse Senior Product Manager to be the driving force behind creating the customer account experience, defining how the customer interacts with their platforms and manages their bookings, loyalty rewards and how to use the customer behaviour data to drive future revenue streams.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will have the following :

• Senior Product Management experience, ideally with a focus on account or identity experiences, of 5+ years
• Experience implementing a 0-1 product strategy.
• Effective at translating business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements.
• Ability to analyse product usage data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Use a blend of data, insight, and personal intuition to make decisions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
