Although this is a blockchain company Web3 experience is not crucial, they are looking for a top quality Staff Backend Engineer to play a pivotal role in building scalable, high-performance infrastructure that powers the next wave of their applications.

The Tech & The Challenge

• Develop robust backend systems for cross-chain asset management and transactions
• Work with TypeScript and Rust to build highly resilient distributed systems
• Innovate on account abstraction and stateful accounts, enabling trustless, seamless user experiences
• Lead the design and development of robust and reliable systems that optimise security, performance and scalability

Staff Backend Engineer Requirements

• 3+ years of backend experience in TypeScript and Rust
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• A strong problem solver who takes ownership and delivers solutions
• Previous experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth tech environment
