1. Discovery

Identify the contractor workforce, segment into job types, ensuring that groupings only include contractors with the same working practices and contracts.

2. Audit

Red, amber, green report, showing which job types and contractors we believe are inside and outside of the legislation, as well as those whose status remains unclear.

3. Advise

Where the IR35 status of a contractor is not clear, we advise you on the grey areas, talk to the relevant contractors, and discuss which aspects of the working practices and contracts might be changed, and whether such changes would be acceptable for both parties.

4. Action

We discuss the options available to you and work through an action plan. We will give you visibility of the impact each option involves from an operational and commercial perspective. We provide a report re-assessing the statuses after the changes to the amber and red categories have been undertaken.

5. Engage

Where necessary we work with you to roll out the contractual frameworks, status determination certificates and processes necessary for you to continue to engage your contractor workforce.
