Magda Rotsztejn – Director of Digital Delivery at Virgin Media and Director of Operations for the British Functional Fitness Federation
Magda is a an executive technology leader with over a decade of experience in product development. Focussed on unlocking commercial value that simultaneously drives the best digital experience customers truly love. She’s a true chameleon who is able to read the organisation’s DNA to find ways to tangibly improve its operational effectiveness.
Magda’s also a competitive functional fitness masters athlete and a Board Member at the British Functional Fitness Federation paving a path for competitive functional fitness becoming recognised as an Olympic sport.
Mother of 2 girls aged 3 and 5 she knows very well the tough balancing act of her corporate career, not-for-profit passionate drive and being there for her family. She is an embodiment of what a millennial leadership brings to the table: transparency, empowering people to be autonomous and most importantly looking at people as a whole.
