Chief Technology Officer

A rapidly expanding Start-Up in the HR Software space are recruiting for a hands-on CTO to play an integral role in the expansion and growth of the company. With a truly unique and innovative product offering, this company has high levels of investment and a runway of funding to drive their global ambitions.

This CTO will lead the existing engineering team and play a major role in growing the tech function, leading by example in engineering best practices and technical excellence. The role will be initially completely hands-on whilst working directly with the CEO on strategy and product direction to successfully scale the company.

As a CTO you will have the following:

• Technical excellence in Fullstack JavaScript Engineering (React.JS & Node.JS)
• Strong exposure to engineering best practices – Agile, XP Principals, TDD/BDD
• Experience in playing a role in Architecture and scaling products
• Leadership skills

In terms of the package…

• Salary up to £100,000 + generous equity package
