Java Lead Engineer

£95,000 – £105,000 Basic Salary + 20% Bonus

A rapidly expanding data and user experience business are hiring a Lead Engineer to join a newly forming team to lead the development of a greenfield video streaming platform.

As a Lead Engineer, you’d shape, define, hire & develop their new platform working alongside the CTO and an experienced product manager with video streaming domain knowledge.

You’d join a fully-funded tech incubator sitting within an existing and highly profitable business. Working with a lean, powerful and most importantly friendly/respectful team. All restrictions have been lifted to give you the freedom to build the product in the right way.

The Lead Engineer would have free reign to try new things and share ideas. For everything else, there’s Java 11+, AWS, K8’s, Docker, etc.

– Salary: Six-figure salary + 20% bonus
