A digital innovation unit within an international business is recruiting a Product Director. You will join a digitally-led business that has successfully launched their product in the UK, Japan, Asia and India to a receptive and captive customer base. As Product Director, you will be tasked with shaping the global product roadmap both tactically for the year ahead and more strategically for the next 3 and 5 years.

You will need to equally balance the customer needs for the product AND the business value that the digital product creates for the business and in their internal customers. In order to achieve this balance, it is critical that you get closer to the end customer to really understand user behaviour and the value of product features. There are some key metrics that you will understand and feel compelled to grow and innovate around in order to raise the bar for customer and business value.

As Product Director, you will need to be a decisive leader that can immerse yourself in a relatively complex bricks and mortar business that is leveraging the digital hub’s products to increase and retain customers. Your ability to prioritise what needs to be done now, next and later is critical to your success and ability to demonstrate value.

This is an exciting role in which you will have the opportunity to impact the development of their existing digital product to a world-class customer experience. You’ll report to the Chief Digital Officer with the freedom and autonomy to own the product strategy globally.
