Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to join a fast-growing online marketplace as their first product design hire at an exciting stage of growth. This role is ideal for a designer with strong UX thinking and solid UI craft who wants to join a growing product team and work closely with the Head of Product to shape the future of the platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design thoughtful, user-centred solutions to real product challenges. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment where ideas move quickly from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and be looking for their next step in their career, taking ownership during an exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through to delivery
• Translate complex problems into clear user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to improving the overall product experience across the platform
• Take ownership of design challenges and proactively drive solutions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role
• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid UI design skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and taking ownership
• Motivated by career progression and growth opportunities

Details:

• Salary: £65,000 per year
• Location: London
• Working pattern: 4 days per week in the office, Friday WFH
• Experience: 3–5 years
