Contract Programme Manager

We are partnered with a multi-site consumer brand who are looking for an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across digital platforms, infrastructure, and operational systems.

As the Contract Programme Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic programmes, ensuring delivery is structured, efficient, and aligned to business goals. We are seeking an individual that have a background in leading large-scale technology programmes from initiation through to completion and skilled in Improving delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency across the organisations.

Key responsibilities/skills:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across digital and infrastructure initiatives.
• Establish and maintain clear programme governance, including scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage and support Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and implement consistent delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce resource waste.
• Align programme objectives with overall business strategy and organisational priorities.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing clear and concise progress updates.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Oversee third-party vendors and suppliers, including performance management and contract alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to align teams and drive decision-making.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance across programme teams.

Contract Details:

• £500 – £600 per day, Outside IR35 (DOE)
• 6 Months, extension likely
• Hybrid working in Woking
• ASAP starter
