Location: London Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite
Salary: £90,000-£110,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a fast‑growing, regulated fintech business that are building modern digital products to support both consumers and businesses. With a mobile-first product, the company bring strong emphasis on compliance, risk management, and operational resilience, while still moving quickly through agile, iterative delivery.

As their first dedicated Product role, you will be hands‑on with delivery and work cross-functionally with their teams to build the retail app, business account and internal admin system products – translating ambiguity into clear, prioritised product work that delivers real outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring teams are always focused on the highest‑value problems, bring structure, pace, and decisiveness, sequencing priorities intelligently based on business goals, capacity, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise outcome‑focused backlogs for one or more product streams
• Translate customer, business, operational, and regulatory needs into actionable product work
• Keep teams focused on the highest‑value opportunities and make clear trade‑offs
• Lead structured discovery and break complex initiatives into small, testable increments
• Act as the single point of product clarity for delivery teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and commercial stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Proven extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner or Manager in a delivery‑focused product role.
• Strong background working with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Proven experience with back‑office or operational tooling and a data‑informed approach to decision making.
• Experience or exposure to regulated domains (e.g. fintech, payments, banking).
• Clear communicator who aligns teams around outcomes, not outputs
• Structured thinker comfortable balancing customer, operational, and technical needs.
