Senior Product Manager
Location: London Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives on ownership, momentum, and impact. You’ll be a natural driver and initiator, confident running point across a cross‑functional squad and bringing clarity, pace, and direction to complex product initiatives. This role requires someone who enjoys taking the lead, proactively aligning stakeholders, and turning insight into action.

You’ll define and execute clear product strategy across customer journeys and portals, using data, experimentation, and AI‑enabled insights to inform decisions and continuously raise the bar for delivery and innovation. Success in this role comes from decisiveness, energy, and a strong execution mindset, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively and bring others with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive products for all customer facing journeys across both B2C and B2B platforms.
  • Embed AI‑first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance user experience and efficiency across the business.
  • Manage relevant stakeholders and liaise with third‑party partners, balancing requirements against strategic priorities.
  • Challenge existing processes, continuously improving ways of working to maximise team productivity and delivery quality.
  • Play a key role in developing best practices in product design, customer feedback loops, and efficient delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager within a digital consumer / customer facing or technology‑led business.
  • Strong hands‑on experience working in agile environments, including owning and running agile ceremonies.
  • Highly data‑driven, with experience evaluating commercial viability alongside technical estimates for features, epics, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders on the journey and drive alignment.
  • A natural curiosity for uncovering new opportunities, gathering customer feedback, and iterating on propositions.
  • Strong interest and experience with AI, both applying it within products and using it to improve efficiency and speed of delivery.
  • Proficiency in backlog management and tooling.
