They are looking for a talented Software Engineer with a passion for accuracy, automation, and solving hard data challenges. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced founding team and help design systems that transform how businesses operate at scale.

Responsibilities as a Software Engineer:

• Clean, normalise, and integrate datasets from multiple sources with exceptional accuracy
• Build automated data pipelines that adapt to evolving data formats and sources
• Design scalable database schemas and optimise queries for performance
• Develop systems that continuously learn and improve through real-world usage
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship iterative solutions that deliver measurable impact
• Contribute to the architecture of a core data platform powering automation across the ecosystem

Key Requirements:

• Strong programming skills (Python and/or TypeScript preferred)
• Proven experience with database design, schema evolution, and optimisation
• Experience cleaning and reconciling conflicting datasets with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to build automated, resilient processes that reduce manual intervention
• Understanding of cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an evidence-based approach to decisions
• Comfortable in startup-style environments where problems are undefined and solutions need rapid iteration

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with complex B2B domains, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Background in industries with high SKU complexity
• Previous startup experience
• Genuine interest in the domain (a bonus, not essential)
