ERP Programme Technology Lead
London / Hybrid
Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with a global leader in the hospitality, retail, and leisure industry on an ambitious ERP transformation. As ERP Programme Technology Lead, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of a NetSuite platform, leading a team across Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, and Testing, and acting as the key technical advisor to ensure the programme delivers scalable, future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Strategy & Delivery: Develop and execute the ERP programme roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and enterprise objectives.
  • Solution Design: Lead the design and optimisation of scalable, efficient, and resilient ERP architecture.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide teams across architecture, integrations, data migration, and testing to deliver programme milestones.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee system performance, reliability, and uptime, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain documentation, reporting, and adherence to technology governance frameworks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Introduce emerging ERP technologies and identify optimisation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Experience

  • 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with a focus on ERP solution design, delivery, and optimisation.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP programmes, preferably in fast-paced or customer-centric environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer-facing operational systems (POS, inventory management, hotel management, kiosks) is advantageous.
