We’re partnering with a global leader in hospitality, retail, and leisure on a major ERP transformation. As Technology Lead, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of the NetSuite platform, leading teams across Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, and Testing, and serving as the key technical advisor to ensure scalable, future-proof solutions.

Technical Lead Key Responsibilities

• ERP Strategy & Delivery: Develop and execute the ERP programme roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and enterprise objectives.
• Solution Design: Lead the design and optimisation of scalable, efficient, and resilient ERP architecture.
• Technical Leadership: Guide teams across architecture, integrations, data migration, and testing to deliver programme milestones.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee system performance, reliability, and uptime, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Technical Lead Desired Experience

• 10+ years in technology leadership focused on ERP solution design, delivery, and optimisation.
• Proven track record running large-scale ERP programmes in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and digital transformation.
• Experience with customer-facing operational systems (POS, inventory, hotel management, kiosks) is a plus.
