Contract Finance Manager | Up to £500 per day Inside IR35 | Central London (Hybrid) | 9 months (rolling)

We’re looking for a Contract Finance Manager to join a leading international organisation, supporting management reporting and owning core financial systems across a large global group.

In this role, you’ll lead on consolidated reporting, oversee SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), and act as a key liaison between Group Finance, stakeholders, and technical teams. You’ll also drive process improvements, support system upgrades, and champion best practice in data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Own and manage SAP BPC, ensuring accurate data loads and system integrity.
  • Act as the primary contact for system queries, issues, and defect resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and data quality.
  • Partner with Finance and Technology teams to deliver system and reporting enhancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to users, promoting consistent best practice.
  • Support audit, compliance, and control activities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, governance and controls in large organisations.
  • Proven experience with ERP/financial reporting systems (SAP S/4, BPC or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  • Desirable: Industry experience in complex, international environments, SAP BPC expertise, management reporting, coaching/mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
