Contract Business Analyst

We are partnered with a leading global organisation known for delivering outstanding employee experiences. They are seeking a Contract Business Analyst to deliver key HR and Finance system projects across multiple regions. We are looking for a Contract Business Analyst with experience in complex environments while meeting business objectives.

Role Overview:

• Manage the migration of the Australian Time Management system, including process mapping and UAT support.
• Lead the implementation of a global Learning Experience Platform (LXP), supporting integration, testing, and change management.
• Roll out a shared HR ticketing platform for US and UK employees, documenting workflows and coordinating testing.
• Support the implementation of a new global Finance ERP system, focusing on process documentation and user testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Contract Details:

• Day Rate: Up to £400/day – Outside IR35
• Length: 3 months (potential extension)
• Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in London
