What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in Apache Kafka (Kafka Streams, Connect, Confluent Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data ingestion processes.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or .NET.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Azure services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse) is a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake (schema design, ETL/ELT pipelines) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Big Data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage.
• Understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about data engineering best practices.
