Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

A pioneering leader in the Web3 entertainment industry, focused on redefining the online casino experience are currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer who has proven experience in driving technological innovation within the casino and gaming space, with a focus on personalisation, game discovery, and entertainment-driven experiences.

With a mission to revolutionise the crypto betting landscape and expand into mainstream markets, this position will be instrumental in shaping a world-class casino experience.

As Chief Technology Officer, you will report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technological vision and strategy, responsible for ensuring the platform’s scalability, security and reliability.

Your Experience:

  • Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the igaming industry
  • Proven experience leading technology strategy within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and system integration
  • Good understanding of the iGaming space, including game APIs, technology stacks, and third-party vendor integration
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices and ensuring data compliance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of the platform’s technology infrastructure
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platform
  • Oversee the technology budget
  • Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Work alongside other departments to align technology initiatives with business needs
