Staff Software Engineer

They’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer who has a proven track record of excellence within the iOS Development space. You’ll join a technology function operating at the highest standard in the industry beneath a leadership & founding team with a track record of unparalleled success in the market.

As a Staff Software Engineer you’ll set the bar technically across their iOS offerings while playing the role of a technical leader within a modern environment leveraging TDD, Pair Programming & XP Principles.

Requirements as a Staff Software Engineer:

• Demonstrable seniority within the iOS space at Staff Level upwards – experienced with Swift, RxSwift, Combine
• Exposure to backend & fullstack technologies – Node, Golang, Ruby Python etc
• Ability to think with scalability in mind and lead complex architecture
• Advocate of Agile & XP Principles
• “Test First” TDD Mindset
• Mentoring & leadership experience – Raise the bar with technical standards and mentor junior engineers
