Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

A leading technology provider in the market research industry are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to join their dynamic operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to leverage cutting-edge technology to gain deep insights into consumers’ digital lives.

As a Operations Engineer you will focus on providing support on the client’s data capture systems on their customer projects as well as the internal IT systems.

Key Responsiblities:

• Deployment and scaling of systems
• Maintaining of servers and services
• Resolving support requests
• Improving monitoring, alerting and system performance
• Collaborate with other tech departments

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Linux
• Scripting (Python or other languages)
• VPS
• IaC tools
• M365 or Atlassian
• AWS Cloudwatch
• Windows desktop management
