We are currently partnered with a leading FinTech business who are building a brand new B2C platform from the ground up, striving to give users more transparency, ownership and control. It puts the end user at the centre of platform and will provide a seamless and user friendly application with modern features.

As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing next-generation tools within a collaborative, growth-driven environment. You’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, engaging in everything from initial requirements gathering to deployment and production support.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Flutter Engineer will include:

  • Engage in the full software lifecycle: requirements, development, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team, excelling in remote and async communication.
  • Drive iterative product improvements, aligning with architectural principles.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to product and development processes.
  • Utilise automation for testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Take ownership of tasks, proactively resolving roadblocks and collaborating as needed.
  • Contribute across the tech stack when necessary, beyond core specialization.
  • Deliver performant, secure, and scalable code, following best practices.

Interview Process:

  • 1st Stage – Introduction with internal TA and Hiring Manager
  • 2nd Stage – Live coding task/case study with Engineering Manager
  • 3rd stage – Onsite Final, cultural chat and introduction to team members
