Director of Sportsbook Product 
Fully Remote: International location.
Salary : Up to £150,000 – £170,000
We are partnered with an innovative entertainment provider within the web3 space who are recruiting a Director of Sportsbook Product with deep expertise in delivering sportsbook products for global markets, EU, U.S / Curacao License. As the Director of Sportsbook Product, you must be up to date on market trends and user preferences and have a passion for delivering exciting sportsbook products for their wide customer base.You will be reporting directly into the COO where you will be collaborating with Product teams, Marketing, Developers and Designers to enhance and improve our clients sportsbook products. We are looking for a Director of Sportsbook Product with a strong background in sportsbook operations and product development as well as ensuring the product adheres to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop the product strategy to align with the organisations vision for the sportsbook product.
  • Identify new product opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead the cross-functional team responsible for the sportsbook product, built up of Developers, Product Managers and Designers.
  • Define and prioritise product features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, operations).
Your Experience:
  • Experience across US and European markets within sports betting.
  • Demonstrable experience executing the product strategy and roadmap for a sportsbook product
  • At least 7 years Product Leadership experience.
  • The ability to make educated decisions using data and intuition.
  • Curacao License holder.
