Director of Product – Casino
Fully Remote: International location.
Salary : Up to £150,000 – £170,000

We are partnering with a pioneering leader in the Web3 entertainment industry, focused on redefining the online casino experience. They are currently seeking a Director of Product who has extensive experience in driving innovative product development within the casino and gaming space, with a focus on personalisation, game discovery, and entertainment-driven experiences. With a mission to revolutionise the crypto betting landscape and expand into mainstream markets, this position will be instrumental in shaping a world-class casino experienceAs the Director of Product, you will report directly to the executive team and work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Development, and Design teams to enhance and transform the online casino platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and a deep understanding of the online casino industry, including player behaviors, market trends, and regulatory standards, particularly within the Curacao and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop the product strategy to align with the organisations vision for a personalised casino experience.
  • Lead the development of casino products, staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Develop and implement product strategies that enhance user experience within a high-impact gaming experience across international markets.
  • Build and lead products teams, fostering agile development working relationships.
  • Align business operations with core product models to deliver
  • Optimise the product delivery by working across third-party creators and managing director level stakeholders.
Your Experience:
  • Must have a background in working in the casino, entertainment, sports betting industry.
  • Deep knowledge of personalisation techniques and UX Design.
  • A skillful blend of creative vision and technical insight, capable of turning complex ideas into innovative, captivating products that elevate the gaming experience – data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the influence to drive cohesive product strategies by collaborating effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading impactful initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • A dedication to producing exceptional products that raise industry standards, with a consistent emphasis on excellence and ongoing enhancement.
