Support Desk Manager

We are partnered with a leading Microsoft Consultancy who are seeking a Support Desk Manager to join their team. You will be joining a scaling company that helps their customers achieve their full business potential through their AI, Data & Power Platform offerings. Their team of highly experienced Microsoft Consultants offer expertise in automation and application development.

You will be tasked with leading the customer support team, overseeing day to day operations whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvements
  • Manage customer support operations
  • Liase with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and report performance
  • Team leadership and development

Qualifications and experience

  • 3+ Years experience managing a service desk team (ITIL focused)
  • Certified Service Desk Manager (CSDM) or ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Proven experience in managing SLAs and KPIs
  • Experience in Microsoft Services (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics or Entra)
