We are partnered with a rapidly growing HR and Workforce Management Software vendor based in the UK. As a leader in both the UK and Europe, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team and help improve company performance across the employee lifecycle using advanced, built-in intelligence.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will showcase the value of the application to customers, ensuring it meets their expectations. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships and communicate proactively while working to increase customer investment and retention within the business whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, advising and showcasing products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive additional revenue.
- Deliver compelling presentations on product features.
- Ensure prompt responses to client needs and gather valuable feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer objectives.
- Support and implement governance and a regular meeting cadence.
- Effectively manage relationships with both junior and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent note-taking and organisational skills.
- Handle difficult conversations with skill and professionalism.
- 3+ years as a Customer Success professional.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HR systems and business case writing.
Details:
- Up to £65,000 + Benefits.
