Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite (London)

They are currently looking for Senior Engineering Manager to join and lead their existing team of circa 15, made up of passionate and likeminded Engineers. As Senior Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading and ensuring the scalability of their product and both technically and strategically leading the team.

What we expect from the Senior Engineering Manager:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering
• 3+ years proven people/technical leadership experience
• Proven experience in system architecture design
• Experience scaling/building out engineering teams

Tech stack:

• Java 11-17
• PostgreSQL / Kafka
• Cucumber / Cypress / Playwright
• AWS / Kubernetes / Terraform
• Typescript / Next.js
