Contract : UX Research Manager : Outside IR35 : Up to £500 per day : 6 months with perm transition (Monthly Hybrid – London)

A leading E-commerce company are on the lookout for a contract UX Research Manager to play a major role in delivering the UX research strategy for their global brand.

The successful UX Research Manager will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the user experience research process to ensure that products meet user needs and expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive UX research strategy, aligning both business goals and product development
• Working closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate research findings into the product development process
• Performing appropriate research methods (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys) based on project needs and objectives.
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Managing the budget for UX research activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.

In terms of the contract details:

• Rate: Up to £500.00 per day Outside IR35
• 6 months & perm transition
• Fully remote (occasional onsite in London)
