Senior Python Engineer – Sustainability

Salary: £Up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: London/Hybrid (3 days per week)
Technology: Python, Terraform, AWS, TDD

A rapidly expanding climate tech start-up who are on a mission to combat climate change through cutting-edge technology are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer to join a scaling engineering function focussed on improving the global climate.

As a Senior Python Learning Engineer, you will pioneer the development of their backend platform that powers their customer-facing systems and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that enhance user experience and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements as a Senior Python Engineer:

• 5+ years of experience in Python Engineering related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferable).
• Proven track record of building robust backend platforms with clean architecture.
• Solid understanding of TDD and the ability to pioneer testing within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Interview process:
