Senior Android Developer

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 plus bonus & benefits
Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the London office)

As a Senior Android Developer, you will utilise your experience in Kotlin, Coroutines, Flows and Kotlin Multiplatform to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of a core customer-facing Android application, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers, designers, and product managers to create robust, user-friendly, and scalable mobile solutions.

Desired skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Android development using Java or Kotlin, with a solid understanding of the Android SDK and Android Studio.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Android applications on Google Play Store.
  • Experience or exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
  • Experience in developing mobile applications and libraries for various Android platforms including latest OS versions.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and unit testing.
  • Experience of Browser stack or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently.
