Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer for a truly exciting opportunity within their business. This company is revolutionising digital interaction in the mobile app development space with some groundbreaking apps in the works, and this person will feature heavily in their creation!

Requirements

• Core Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), APIM, Azure DevOps, Storage, Cognitive services.
• Automation of infrastructure tasks using tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, to streamline and manage deployments and configurations.
• Design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of administering internal IT services management, including Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Software development and coding skills are a plus (C# backend).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Azure infrastructure to support live apps across the business, as well as internal tools, and day-to-day team needs.
• Oversee and manage internal IT services, including network infrastructure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365; ensuring operations and support run seamlessly for internal teams.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and IaC tools to streamline processes.
• Support SE’s with CI/CD pipelines and take responsibility for ensuring they have the infrastructure and environments to build, test, and release the live services.
