Salary: Up to £150,000, plus benefits & bonus.

Location: London, Hybrid- 3 days a week

We are currently working with a UK based, global family entertainment business who are seeking an innovative Head of Delivery to lead and deliver across data, tech and digital aspects of all transformation projects.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for enhancing the future strategic roadmap for the integration of new customer offerings and products across all areas of tech data and digital on both long and short-term projects. it will be crucial that you are able to work well across all areas of the business, fostering positive working relationships amongst development and product delivery teams whilst also working collaboratively with production teams to understand and implement the desired outcomes of new customer offerings and interaction points.

As Head of Delivery, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely and effective delivery of all data, digital and technology projects within budget.
• Design and implement new delivery frameworks and processes for new digital solutions
• Defining and evolving the long-term delivery roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Run regular reviews across all digital products and platforms highlighting key trends and ensuring KPI’s are met.
• Working alongside various technical and business stakeholders to prioritise business critical initiatives.
• Act as the Industry SME by defining and implementing conversion optimisation industry best practices within the e-commerce teams.

As the Head of Delivery you should have:

• Success stories delivering digital projects for at least 7 years.
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital enhancements to increase business efficiency through technology.
• The ability to make informed decisions using a blend of data, insight and personal intuition.
• Experience delivering within an Agile/Lean manner and at scale.
• Experience collaborating between Engineering & Product Delivery team.
