A rapidly expanding, UK based, digital retail business is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join its e-commerce team at an exciting time of expansion. As Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing and combining initiatives across Product and Project led activity whilst facilitating positive relationships between Delivery & Engineering and ensuring the customers remain at the centre of their vision.

Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for leading a diverse range of projects that focus on enhancing the end users experience, improving how millions of their global customers interact with their e-commerce platforms whilst collaborating with key business stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Agile frameworks.

As the Delivery Manager, you will have:

• Success stories delivering digital projects for at least 4 years within the retail space.
• Use a blend of data, insight and personal intuition to make decisions.
• Experience delivering within an Agile/Lean manner and at scale.
• Collaborating between Engineering & Product Delivery teams
