Job role:

The purpose of the BI Analyst role is to enhance the organisation’s data-driven decision-making capabilities by providing accurate, timely, and insightful business intelligence. This role aims to transform raw data into meaningful information that drives strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. By leveraging data analytics and visualization, the BI Analyst helps the digital and data team, and the broader organisation, to understand complex data patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Monitor BI system performance and implement improvements as needed
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, processes, and data sources
