Salary: up to £35,000 (plus benefits)

We are partnered with one of the fastest-growing FitTech businesses in Europe, who have big plans this year. They are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team, to create and deliver targeted campaigns to their members.

As CRM Executive you will be accountable for the full end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns using email push and SMS marketing activity. You will work cross-functionally with the wider teams for successful deployment.

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will play a key role in supporting customers to get the most out of the product as well as running effective and efficient promotional campaigns to their mailing list.

The successful CRM Executive will have:

• 1-2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Been responsible for email calendar management, deliverability and monthly reporting
• Experience applying product knowledge to drive the right decisions, correct channels and right approaches to take when communicating with customers
• Created segments using data filters or SQL
