Technical Consultant (MS Security)

Our client is a leading Microsoft Partner with 40+ years industry experience. This multi-award winning consultancy is looking to bolster it’s technology consulting team by adding another security specialist to the ranks.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements for cloud-security strategies and technology
• Design workshops to understand customer challenges and propose solutions that meet their requirements
• Leading implementation of agreed upon technical designs
• Working closely with our project management team, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met

Required Experience

• Experience working in a consulting or similar environment
• Prior experience deploying and implementing Microsoft Defender
• Defender XDR (desirable)
• Administration of Microsoft online services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Purview)
• Microsoft Identity with Entra ID services (Cloud/Hybrid Identities)
• Microsoft Identity security services (Conditional Access, PIM, IDP, RBAC)
• Proven experience working as a project owner
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
