Location : London – Hybrid

Salary : Up to £75,000 plus benefits

We are working with an Innovative not-for-profit organisation who are currently seeking a Product Manager to join their Internal CRM team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of their internal CRM product and rolling out the new workflow to the wider business.

Working alongside Digital Product Managers you will be responsible for ensuring the CRM product enables digital transformation with a complete digital first approach, ensuring collaborative working relationships across multidisciplinary agile teams whilst working closely with the Solution Architect and other Tech Leads.

As Product Manager, you should have:

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager of at least 4 years.
• Experience rolling out internal systems or CRMs.
• Knwoledge working with Salesforce products is preferable but not essential.
• In-depth experience working within agile frameworks.
• The ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
• Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships across all levels.
• Experience working closely with Technical and Commercial teams.
