Salary: Up to £90,000

Location: London, Hybrid- 3 days a week

We are currently working with a global family entertainment business who are seeking an innovative Global Head of Digital Delivery to lead the optimisation across the entire digital estate spanning across guest experience, online channels and more.

Reporting directly to the Global Digital Director, you will be responsible for enhancing the future strategic roadmap for their digital streams on both long and short-term projects across digital products and platforms. With the Digital Product Manager AND Digital Analytics specialist reporting into you, it will be crucial that you are able to work collaboratively across technical, commercial and product teams, fostering positive working relationships across the business.

As Global Head of Digital Delivery, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely and effective delivery of all digital optimisation projects within budget.
• Defining and evolving the long-term digital roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Run regular reviews across all digital products and platforms highlighting key trends and ensuring KPI’s are met.
• Working alongside various technical and business stakeholders to prioritise business critical initiatives.
• Act as the Industry SME by defining and implementing conversion optimisation industry best practices within the e-commerce teams.

As the Global Head of Digital Delivery you should have:

• Success stories delivering digital projects for at least 7 years.
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital enhancements to increase business efficiency through technology.
• The ability to make informed decisions using a blend of data, insight and personal intuition.
• Experience delivering within an Agile/Lean manner and at scale.
• Experience collaborating between Engineering & Product Delivery team.
