UX Designer

Type: Full-time / Permanent
Location: Central & North London (Onsite once/twice a week)
*willingness to travel between both offices
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

A market leading fintech are expanding out and looking for a high skilled UX Designer to join their ambitious team and help develop their new leading customer-facing product.

The ideal UX Designer will have expertise in executing all UX stages with the most up-to-date tools, as well as contributing to research and evaluative feedback. You will have proven knowledge in adopting the right solutions for users needs, problem solving, promoting standards and showing a collaborative approach with your work.

Requirements as a UX Designer:

• Current role must be within FinTech
• End-to-end UX design processes
• Proven experience taking product to market
• Confidence in own designs and ability to advocate for customers needs always
• Collaborative, agile ways of working in a fast paced environment
• High quality consistent work flows, driving team members
• Strong understanding and experience of user research methodologies and data analysis for customers on an individual basis
• GDPR, Figma, Sketch, Multivariate Testing (A/B), User Testing
