A highly successful and progressive Insurtech organisation is seeking a Compliance & Governance Manager to join their Underwriting department. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Design & management, you will be part of a team that is on a mission to disrupt the negative opinion and connotations associated with the insurance industry by challenging the industry norms and prioritising the trust of their customers.

As the Compliance & Governance Manager you will play a crucial part in the team aiding the underwriting department across all areas including product, underwriting, pricing and as well as supporting the counter-fraud teams and developing crucial governance processes to ensure that the strategic priorities and commercial objective are met while delivering positive customer outcomes.

As the Compliance & Governance Manager you will have :

• Experience Establishing, implementing and maintaining best practices and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience working in a POG (Product and Oversight Governance) role.
• A good understanding of agile approaches.
• The ability to draw insight from data.
• Extensive knowledge of
• Experience working across Insurance products.
