As Head of Housing Association you should have experience with:

• Sales and building relationships in the housing association industry
• Utilising in-person, video, and phone meetings to build long-term relationships with clients
• Use CRM software to organise your sales pipeline

An ideal candidate will have:

• Passion about sales and winning business
• Experience in sales at a social housing organization
• Experience in connecting with developers and housing associations to build strong partnerships
• Good interpersonal and networking skills, able to create relationships with clients
• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service
