We are working with a Start Up in the Financial Crime sector who are looking for a Technical Lead to join their innovation team.

The role will be focussed on leading innovation, R&D and experimentation projects.

You will provide technical leadership and guidance with a focus on scalability of their services. You will also keep an eye on future technologies and emerging trends in the Blockchain, Distributed Ledger and Crypto sector to evolve their product.

Requirements:

• Technical Leadership (Held a Tech Lead, Staff Software Engineer, Principal Engineer role or similar)
• Expert in Blockchain, Smart Contracts or Distributed Ledger Technology
• Good communicator with experience coaching, mentoring and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Broad technical knowledge with experience in one or more of: Rust, Solidity, Java/Kotlin, Go or Python

This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead to work on innovative and R&D focussed projects.

Salary: £150,000-£180,000 + Options
