Salary: up to £50,000 (plus benefits)
Location: London | Hybrid 2 days in the office

A rapidly scaling, tech-enabled services provider is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its fast-growing, business-critical team!

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will join the transformation team and assist in the growth of the business’s systems integration plans. You will analyse the business’s current capabilities, technology gaps and needs and identify solutions.

To be a successful Business Analyst, you will need:

• Experience using HR systems
• Have previously worked on HR implementation
• Be able to work well with external 3rd parties
• An understanding of Service Delivery / ITSM platforms
• Successfully identify the business needs and gather requirements to outline the solutions to the business problem
• Support the cross-functional team with migrations and integrations of new architecture
• Ideally have experience of integrating acquisitions
