Senior Data Product Manager – German Speaking – Munich Based (Hybrid) – Up to €100,000

Our client are an All-in-One sales platform leveraging AI and non-deterministic logic to give sales people the upper hand in their sector.

Overview

The primary role of the Senior Data Product Manager is to work alongside users and their colleagues to understand how the data products deliver value and how that value can be maximised.

The data product portfolio compromises high volume text and image classification pipelines, multi-tiered NLP extractor models, machine learning powered data merging algorithms and a range of LLMs, including interference, summarisation and generation of text.

You must be comfortable working with highly technical engineering departments, accountable and a champion of data driven insights across the entire organisation to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Apply the product strategy to develop possible solutions to problems in collaboration with the Engineering and Design teams. Focus on leveraging the Data and AI/ Machine Learning capabilities.
• Effectively prioritise Machine Learning development efforts based on calculated ‘Risk and Pay Off’ metrics, user impact and advice from the Engineering department.
• Constantly explore and understand the latest innovations in GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Science and then apply that knowledge.
• Support the CPO in building, managing and mentoring a growing Product Management team.

Requirments

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Mathematics or have equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in order to innovate effectively with the Engineering department.
• Experience as a Technical Product Manager or Data Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience working with Machine Learning and/or Data Pipelines.
