An unique data-focused B2B Fintech are on the lookout for a Lead Web Developer as they build out their function.

The company is highly successful and you’d be coming into a role with an emphasis on greenfield development as they look to add new frontend features to their existing platforms which simplify complex business analytics.

They are looking for a Lead Web Developer to join their tightly-knit engineering team and take ownership on a variety of projects as well as play a key role in building a new squad of developers.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Senior Developer who wants to further take on some “Lead” responsibilities in a role with a quick and clear runway to progress to a Principal or Management position within a short period of time.

Desired Skills:

  • React.JS
  • Redux & StoryBook
  • TypeScript
  • Frontend specialist with UI experience
  • Exposure to backend & cloud technologies is a plus
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Agile / TDD

Salary & Package:

  • Up to €120,000 + Bonus and potential equity
  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week onsite in Central Dublin
  • Strong pension and holiday package
