Senior Manager – MarTech-Data

London ¦ Hybrid Working, 2/3 days per week

Up to £100,000 (plus a 15% bonus, above normal annual leave and additional benefits)

A well-established and recognised online insurer are seeking an experienced MarTech leader to own the data-driven decisions and help to set the data strategy, across their campaigns.

You will be joining an experienced peer group of data and marketing experts, where you will act alongside the data engineering team to develop and optimise the Martech stack across the business, from insights to personalisation.

This role is ‘delivery-centric’ and will need someone with hands-on experience in both data planning and marketing. You will need the ability to implement the strategy to reach key metrics and lead a team of direct reports while doing so.

Experience needed as Senior Manager – Marketing Data

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing tech: Salesforce, AEM, campaign automation
  • Omni channel personalisation experience
  • Experience working with Data Engineering teams
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across tech teams and vendors
  • Ability to translate technological understanding to a team
  • Worked with large-scale data sets previously
  • 5-7 years experience working within Data
  • Customer obsession – putting customers at the heart of everything you do
  • Experience working closely with the business to execute the marketing technology roadmap

You’ll need to be a good all-rounder for this role, striking a good balance of technical, tactical, strategic, and operational demands. Your ability to enable key data sets and upsell to their current customer base is crucial for this role. You’ll be looking to innovate across several customer communication channels such as email, PPC, performance management and optimisation. In addition to seamlessly managing the end-to-end iteration of products and services.
