A well-established and recognised consultancy are looking for a Senior Manager Leader to join their dynamic Due Diligence team. The consultancy prides itself on the ability to understand the business, unearth growth and shape the strategy that will enable substantial growth and expansion.

 

As a Senior Manager within their Due Diligence department your ultimate goal is to highlight and explore new digital ventures, identify and mitigate potential risk factors and assess profitability while examining the current industry market and growth potential.

 

You will be joining an experienced peer group and established team, who are market leaders in digital transformation. You will report into the Director and will be working alongside subject matter experts consulting in both the marketing, software engineering, data, sales and commercial aspects.

 

As a Senior Manager within the pre-deal department, you will be acting as the first point of contact and conduit to and from the business, you should utilise your holistic approach to gain a thorough understanding of the business, examine it’s current state and asses it’s future growth potential while nurturing a positive working relationship within the organisation across CxO Level stakeholders Technology, Data, Operations and finance

Experience needed as Senior Manager : Due Diligence :

  • Notable experience mapping out marketability, profitability risk and growth potential.
  • Experience within a Consultancy or Agency.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams, vendors and C suite.
  • 5 years working within a leadership position.
  • Customer obsession – putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • Be data-driven in your approach.

 

You’ll need to be a thought leader in Business Development, who gets excited about understanding the mechanics of a business and then using your findings to asses the potential growth roadmap covering people, process and strategy and profitability.
