Salary: £85,000-£105,000 (plus benefits)
Location: London | Hybrid

We are partnered with a high-growth, management consultancy, who are part of a wider group which provides a great mix of start-up environment but with the stability of a larger listed group.

They work with a range of Private Equity backed, enterprise clients to create digital transformation programmes to help them deliver on their growth objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join their specialist team and support on value proposition and delivery across a number of verticals within a portfolio of strategy and implementation programmes.

Working across these programmes, the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, will be accountable for overseeing and providing direction, creating high-performing teams, ensuring best practices, and managing client relationships.

As a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, you will need the following experience:
• 8+ years’ experience working in digital transformation or growth consultancy roles
• Clear understanding of the private equity space and investment life cycle
• Knowledge and experience leading digital transformation projects
• Utilise data, insights and analytics to assess the current tools/processes and make data-driven improvements
• Be an excellent active listener, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience communicating and relaying complex information to C-suite level stakeholders in a compelling fashion
• Passionate about people, process, strategy and design
• Excellent understanding of industry trends across AI, Technology, and Digital
• Have a growth mind-set, you’re always looking for new opportunities
