Salary: £85,000- £105,000 (plus benefits)
Location: London | Hybrid

We are partnered with a high-growth, management consultancy, who are part of a wider group which provides a great mix of start-up environment but with the stability of a larger listed group. Working with a range of enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation, at scale, in order to create exponential growth.

The role: 

Reporting into the Director, you will play an integral part in defining, shaping, and executing strategic growth for clients. You will design and shape the sales and marketing strategy to maximise company value whilst reducing costs where you can. Typically, you will be working with a customer, post-investment, where there is a need to restructure and scale the sales and marketing operations or potentially diversify their product lines into new markets and embed new business models, products or services. You will be operating at a strategic level, working with the client in a six-to-nine-month phase, at which point you will hand over to the end client team to deliver.

As a Senior Manager, for sales, marketing and go-to-market, you will need the following experience: 

• Significant consulting experience delivering marketing and/ or sales transformation
• Proven ability to lead client engagements
• Utilise data, insights and analytics to assess the current tools/processes in order to build a data-informed future strategy
• Be an excellent active listener, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience communicating and relaying complex information to C-suite level stakeholders in a compelling fashion
• Passionate about people, process, tech, strategy and design
