A market leader in providing 360 igaming solutions are looking for a Head of Data to join their growing and highly experienced data team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing their data strategy, with a focus on data warehousing and streaming technologies.

As the Head of Data you will be will help build and lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and architects to ensure the full potential of their data assets and support business growth and innovation. They are seeking a Head of Data who is passionate about developing high-impact data initiatives and is skilled in data warehousing, streaming technologies, and tools such as Kafka, ClickHouse, and Spark.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Provide leadership to the data team, ensuring a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making is achieved.
• Ensure data warehousing technologies, including ClickHouse, are scalable, and capable of handling large data sets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify and deliver business value through real-time streaming data solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Stay current with emerging data trends, technologies and processes.
