A dynamic start-up is in search of a highly proficient and self-motivated Technical Solutions Designer to join their exceptional and continuously growing team, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to the logistics sector and beyond.

They specialise in crafting digital software solutions that facilitate secure and decentralized inter-business collaboration, with a strong emphasis on security, transparency, and equitable value exchange. Their platform is designed to establish distributed workflows, allowing multiple companies with legacy systems and disparate data sources to collaborate seamlessly, resulting in enhanced end-to-end automation efficiency and reliability.

As a Technical Solutions Designer, you will leverage your expertise in process optimisation to design and implement streamlined solutions across a variety of platforms and systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of process analysis, design, and optimisation. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and JSON is beneficial.

Key responsibilities as Technical Solutions Designer:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding and proficiency in relevant technologies, including software development languages, databases, cloud computing platforms, networking, and security.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyse complex technical problems, identify root causes, and design effective solutions that meet business requirements.
• Architecture and Design Skills: Experience designing technical architectures and solutions, including system integrations, APIs, databases, and software components.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, developers, and project managers. Must be able to translate technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Understanding business processes and objectives to align technical solutions with business needs and goals.
• Project Management: Ability to manage technical projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation focused on delivering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical solution design.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in documenting technical specifications, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation plans.
