Scrum Master
Salary range: £50,000-£65,000 (plus benefits)
Location: West Midlands
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office

A leading SaaS company are looking to hire a Scrum Master to join their growing team. You’ll be joining a global organisation that works directly with businesses to deliver smarter, faster, better solutions.

 

Reporting to the Agile Coach, you will embed yourself in at least one Scrum Team, typically consisting of 6-8 developers, a QA and a Product Owner. As Scrum Master you’ll champion best practices among teams, creating an open, collaborative environment for the team to deliver at speed. As Scrum Master, you’ll have a true passion for energising and inspiring people to work collaboratively and successfully deliver solutions. You will be proactive and promote an inclusive environment which promotes continuous improvement for you and the team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for running daily stand-us, facilitating workshops and working proactively with both engineers and the business to eliminate blockers

 

As Scrum Master you will have the following:

  • 3+ years Scrum Master experience
  • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle
  • Be able to estimate and prioritise tasks confidently
  • Believer in quality over speed
  • Take ownership of delivery milestones
  • Focus on incremental delivery
